Disclaimer
I’m not a health professional in any way, I just have a strong belief that we can affect our health positively or negatively through our food and lifestyle choices. As someone with diagnosed endometriosis and IBS (with potential other undiagnosed autoimmune diseases), I’m very motivated to find natural methods that help to relieve my symptoms. The purpose of this website is to share my own experiences and anything I learn, as well as connect with others on a similar path. I’ve learnt a lot in my own journey and the internet is a wonderful resource to find information and to share our healing stories, however we are all very different and what works for one person may not work for another. Results will vary from person to person, and no content on Easing Endo is a replacement for medical advice. Please take a look at our full terms and conditions for more of the legal stuff. Wishing you all the best on your own healing journey!

Privacy Policy
Easing Endo is my personal website dedicated to empowering women with information and support to maximize their health and reduce their symptoms. I care about privacy far more than marketing, so I don’t spend a lot of time mining data and I never sell personal information. You can view the full privacy policy here, but below are the basics:
- This website, like most others, uses cookies to track browsing patterns. I personally don’t look at this information. It’s collected by the software that runs on this website: WordPress and its associated plugins. If you object to cookies, simply disable them in your browser options. You can also view WordPress’ privacy policy here.
- If you choose to write a comment (and please do!), it will ask for identifying information like your name and email address. Your username will be shown publicly but your email address will be kept private, and you’re welcome to use a pseudonym if you like. That name will be linked to your profile on Disqus, which shows any comments you’ve written on other blogs in the Disqus community. You can read Disqus’ privacy policy here, and it has various opt-out options.
- Google Analytics is a third party service that collects data to help analyse website traffic and performance. It doesn’t use personal data, just tracks overall patterns. You can read Google’s privacy policy here.
- Mailerlite is the service that I use to deliver my newsletter. I don’t sell, rent, or share this list with anyone else. It’s only used for the newsletters I send to you. There’s an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email if you’d like to be removed from the list. You can read Mailerlite’s terms of service here.
- If you buy any of my products, the sale will be processed through through PayPal or Amazon. Click those links to read their privacy policies.
- Please note that this policy only refers to Easing Endo. I have no control over other websites. If you’re reading any of my content and click on a link, that often takes you to a new website. Please review their privacy policy for details on how they handle data. If the link is an affiliate link, a cookie will be dropped on your computer ensuring that I get a commission on that sale. It doesn’t raise your price at all. It simply helps support my work, and I really appreciate it!
- While this website is available to general audiences, it is not directed to children and I don’t knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
- Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me here.
